A new local ritual.
Saunday is a social sauna and ice bath club being built for Sydney. A place to spend time in the heat, take a cold dip and catch up with good company.
Narrabeen first. Darlinghurst to follow.
Our first club opens in January 2027 in Narrabeen on the Northern Beaches, with Darlinghurst to follow.
Narrabeen will bring together a large Finnish social sauna, large infrared saunas and ice baths. Images across the site include concept renders and illustrative photography; they are not a record of an operating club.
Join us from the beginning.
The Narrabeen founding membership page explains the current offer, planned inclusions and waitlist. Joining is free and does not buy or reserve a membership. We’ll publish the remaining terms before memberships go on sale.
About the journal.
The Saunday journal is published by Saunday. It covers the club, membership choices and general information about sauna and cold-water experiences.
Research links identify the evidence behind health-related discussion and its limitations. General information is not individual medical advice, and a published research result is not a promise of an outcome at Saunday. We do not claim clinical review unless a qualified reviewer is named.
