The “lowest” label compares the three membership estimates for your chosen week. Access rules and booking availability still matter.
Membership fees are billed fortnightly. The estimate allocates the weekly rate to your chosen week; it is not a checkout total. Guest passes are not valued here. The 12-week minimum and ordinary cancellation notice are explained below. Pause, visit-cancellation and refund conditions will be published before sales open. Usage examples are not a recommended sauna or cold-plunge schedule.
THE METHOD
How the calculation works.
Cost per visit is the weekly membership fee plus any extra peak sessions and towel hire, divided by the number of visits that week. If you make no visits, the weekly membership fee still applies in this illustration and there is no cost-per-visit figure.
For example, two off-peak visits on Reset at $19.95 a week, bringing your own towel, work out to about $9.98 per visit. That is a usage example, not a recommendation to visit twice a week. Actual access also depends on the final membership terms and booking availability.
The first-release founding rate is held for the first 12 months from opening. Memberships have a 12-week minimum, paid in six fortnightly instalments. Ordinary cancellation requires 28 days’ notice, which can run during the minimum term. At these rates, the minimum membership fees are $239.40 for Reset, $311.40 for Routine and $551.40 for Ritual, before extras. Prices, access rules and inclusions are on the founding membership page.
THE DECISION
Price is one part of the decision.
A lower per-visit figure only helps if the visit fits your week. Check the access hours, booking window, minimum term and cancellation rules before choosing. The calculator does not assume that every available visit is right for you, or that a membership is always the better choice.
