Read the operator’s current booking terms before paying. A booked visit includes changing and rest where specified; it is not a recommendation to spend that whole time in heat.
A weekly price only works if you use it.
Use Saunday’s planned Reset founding rate: $19.95 a week for off-peak visits. These examples use your own towel and no peak extras.
ONE VISIT A WEEK
$19.95 per visit
Four weeks cost $79.80. Four planned casual visits would cost $156 before extras.
TWO VISITS A WEEK
$9.98 per visit
Four weeks cost $79.80. Eight planned casual visits would cost $312 before extras.
Budgeting examples, not a recommended visit schedule. $19.95 ÷ 2 = $9.975, rounded to $9.98. Minimum commitment: 12 × $19.95 = $239.40, paid fortnightly. Availability and membership conditions apply.
Four things to check before joining.
01 Can you book when you want?
Off-peak access and advance booking windows change the value. XtraClubs Essentials advertises a six-day booking window and one peak visit each week.
02 Is the visit the same length?
A casual booking and a member booking can differ. XtraClubs advertises 90-minute casual visits; Essentials visits are 70 minutes.
03 What does the towel cost?
Some venues include a towel, others charge for hire. Compare the same towel choice across options. Unknown is not the same as free.
04 What are you committing to?
Check minimum charges, notice and unused credits. Float Lab’s $115 plan provides four sessions per month; that is not four sessions every four weeks.
How we checked.
We reviewed operator-owned price and venue pages on 14 October 2026. This small, deliberately varied sample includes communal sauna clubs, bathhouses and a private infrared studio. We did not visit the venues, test availability or make a purchase.
Unknown conditions stay marked unknown. We excluded unclear local prices from the comparison: Motus showed conflicting price and duration information, while Feels directed customers to its app for pricing. There is no national average or “best value” ranking here.
Saunday publishes this research and is developing its own social sauna club. Its planned founding offer is separate from this operating-venue sample. There are no affiliate links.
