Ice bath

A cold dip, as part of your visit.

01

Part of the club.

Ice baths are part of the Narrabeen club, alongside a large Finnish social sauna and large infrared saunas. A cold dip is optional.

02

First time?

Follow the ice bath instructions and take it at your own pace. A 75-minute club booking is not a recommendation for time in cold water.

03

Take a breather.

Leave time to sit between rounds. Your booking covers the whole club visit, including breaks and changing.

Explore sauna and ice baths at Saunday Narrabeen on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, with Darlinghurst to follow. Read about opening, membership and your first visit. Read our guide to sauna and cold-water contrast.

What makes a founding membership different?

A rate fixed for 12 months from opening, Early Access Week, free entry to selected member events, your own member number, an app badge and a Saunday bottle.

How do the two founding releases work?

75 memberships in the first release, then 125 at higher founding rates. That’s 200 founding memberships altogether. We’ll share the second-release prices before they go on sale.

When will Saunday open?

Saunday Narrabeen opens in January 2027. Join the waitlist for founding-membership and Early Access Week updates.

What about payments, cancelling and refunds?

The founding rate is held for 12 months from opening. Memberships have a 12-week minimum, paid in six fortnightly instalments. Ordinary cancellation requires 28 days’ notice, which can run during the minimum term. We’ll publish the full purchase and refund conditions before sales open. Joining the waitlist doesn’t take a payment or hold a membership.

Which membership is right for me?

Reset is unlimited off-peak hours. Routine adds one peak session a week and a monthly guest pass. Ritual includes peak and off-peak access, a towel every session and three guest passes a month. Planned Narrabeen peak periods are weekdays 6–9am and 5–8pm; weekends 8am–1pm (Sydney time), based on your booked start time.

How will Early Access bookings and guests work?

Early Access Week is included with every founding membership. You’ll get the booking details and the guest rules before the week starts.

Can I join now?

Not yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when the first release opens. It’s free and doesn’t reserve a membership.

Do I need a towel? Can I bring a friend?

Reset and Routine members bring a towel or hire one for $3.95 a session. Ritual includes a towel. Routine includes one guest pass a month, and Ritual includes three. The full guest conditions will be available before you join.

Talk yourself into it now, thank yourself later.
