Social sauna.
Good company.
Come solo or bring a mate.
Opening January 2027 in Narrabeen.

What is a
social sauna?
A social sauna is a shared sauna where you can enjoy the heat alongside other people. Conversation is welcome, whether you arrive with friends or on your own. At Saunday Narrabeen, our large Finnish sauna is the heart of a club built for regular visits.
Shared sauna. Individual visits. Space to be yourself.
THE SAUNDAY VISIT
75 minutes.
Your own pace.
A large Finnish social sauna, large infrared saunas and ice baths. Take a seat between rounds and spend your visit how you like.
A 75-minute booking is for the whole club visit. It is not 75 continuous minutes in a sauna.
- 01
Find your seat.
A shared sauna with room for a conversation. Bring a mate, or settle in on your own.
- 02
Heat, your way.
Choose the Finnish social sauna or an infrared sauna, with ice baths if you feel like a cold dip.
- 03
Take a breather.
Leave time to sit between rounds. Your 75 minutes covers the whole visit, including breaks and changing.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
What to know
before you go.
A few answers before you find your seat.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. The social sauna is shared, so you can arrive solo or with friends. Join a conversation if you feel like it, or simply enjoy the heat.
Do I have to talk?
No. Social means conversation is welcome, not compulsory. Read the room, keep your voice considerate and give other people space to enjoy their visit.
How is it different from a private sauna?
A social sauna is shared with other visitors. A private sauna is reserved for you or your group. Saunday’s social sauna is designed around a shared bench and individual club visits.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear and a towel. Reset and Routine members can bring their own towel or hire one for $3.95 per visit. Ritual includes a towel at every visit.
Can I bring a friend or a group?
Yes, with a place booked for each person from the club’s shared availability. Routine includes 1 guest pass a month and Ritual includes 3. A group visit does not give you private use of the sauna or the club.
Can I book a visit now?
