Infrared vs traditional sauna: which experience suits you?
The heating difference matters. So do the room, the company and the way a visit fits into your week.
The practical details we can share now, and what we will confirm before the first visits.

Getting ready for your first Saunday? Here’s what to bring, how a visit works and what to expect at our planned Narrabeen club.
Plan to bring swimwear and a towel. Under the current Narrabeen founding offer, towel hire is included with Ritual; Reset and Routine members can bring their own or hire one for $3.95 per session. Check your plan before visiting.
Planned sessions are 75 minutes, with a maximum of one session per day. Your plan determines peak access and how far ahead you can book. This is the full visit window, not a target for continuous exposure to heat or cold.
Narrabeen will have a large Finnish social sauna, large infrared saunas and ice baths. We’ll confirm access and operating details before bookings begin. Photography and renders on the website illustrate the intended experience.
Bookings are not open yet. Routine and Ritual have planned guest-pass inclusions listed on the founding page. Guest booking rules and remaining membership terms will be published before sale. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a session or membership.
For accessibility, transport or another practical question, email the team. We’ll share confirmed details rather than asking you to rely on a concept render.
We’re planning Narrabeen first, with Darlinghurst to follow. Neither is open yet. Explore the Narrabeen founding offer and join the free waitlist for release news; joining does not buy or reserve a membership.

Why research does not provide one schedule or exposure time that is suitable for everyone.
A way to think about a relaxed visit, with room for breaks and no requirement to use the ice bath.
